Prewire your construction project.
We STRONGLY advise having Home Satellite Systems pre-wire
your Building Project. With today's high tech dual tuners, HD
DVRs and complex backfeeds it's advisable to get a free wiring
consultation from us. It's even more important to have us do the
video wiring. We've found that all electricians use a outdated
"cable TV one-wire fits all" approach. That is not sufficient in
todays' multi-band bandwidth hungry applications. I have found
that electricians don't keep up with fast moving
telecommunications and aren't up on Satellite and OTA
integration and setting up backfeeds or HD Off-Air Antenna
Installation (OTA).
Why is this important? Because antennas that bring in local HD or
analog RF signals are using the same frequency band as a
backfeed. If you prewire with this in mind you can have both local
HD channels and backfeed your integrated system to other
areas of your house.
